The members of the Trim Association promote sustainable development on the island of Hvar and accordingly – make, pick, process and create first-rate products of unique flavor according to traditional recipes in the field of Stari Grad – ager, which is included in the Unesco’s World Heritage List.

The combination of old recipes and indigenous raw materials has resulted in products of the quality and effect of which is appealing. This year they have produced dried oregano as well as convenient and stunning crochet bags made from cord.
