Agava lace

Nowadays, the Benedictine monastery is especially known to the world for its agave lace, which is nurtured and passed down from generation to generation in the monastery and is on the UNESCO list as a cultural intangible asset. Today, nuns also nurture Christian hospitality in the town of Hvar with their dedicated prayer and work.
