Hvar Observatory (Poljun Observatory) organizes open days from April 22 to 29, 2023, on the occasion of the Science Festival 2023 on the theme “Nature and Society” on Hvar.

Organized tours for children (arrival must be announced to jcalogovic@geof.hr)
Monday – Friday (April 24 – 28, 2023) 11:00 – 13:00 or 14:00 – 16:00
The observatory is open to the general public (no announcement required):

Observing the night sky (depending on weather conditions):
Saturday, 22.04. 20:00 – 22:00: Hvar, park in front of the city’s Loggia
Wednesday, 26.04. 20:00 – 22:00: Old Town, waterfront
Thursday, 27.04. 20:00 – 22:00: Jelsa, waterfront
