For the Day of the Town of Hvar and the feast of St. Stephen I, Pope and Martyr, the Town of Hvar and the Hvar Tourist Board present to citizens a concert by artists with a unique style and sensibility for the audience: singer and songwriter, composer and instrumentalist Tedi Spalato and composer and exceptional guitarist Ante Gelo, accompanied by Goran Rukavina’s band, bring traditional Dalmatian songs, chansons and jazz with world music elements.
Tedi Spalato, a musician from Split with a special musical expression interwoven with Mediterranean pop and jazz, winner of many festival awards and the proud owner of four Porins, joins his musical talent with Anto Gela, a virtuoso musician whose performances on world stages and collaborations with the most famous Croatian musicians have left an indelible mark on our music scene.
Accompanied by multi-awarded instrumentalist Goran Rukavina and his band, we are expecting an evening of Dalmatian classics filled with wonderful arrangements, strong vocals and musical energy that captivates audiences of all generations.
