One of the most beloved and recognizable klapa groups on the Croatian music scene, Tomislav Bralić and Klapa Intrade, will perform in Hvar as part of the Hvar Summer Festival.
The story of Klapa Intrade began on March 7, 1985, when the group was named after the poetry collection “Intrade san popi” by Ljubo Stipišić Delmata. Over the decades, the name has become synonymous with outstanding klapa singing, heartfelt emotion and the distinctive sound of Dalmatian music.
Through persistence, talent and a deep love of song, Klapa Intrade brought klapa music closer to a wider audience, taking it beyond its traditional setting and onto major concert stages, halls, arenas and stadiums.
Throughout their rich career, they have achieved numerous festival and concert successes, performed across Croatia and abroad, and received many awards and recognitions. Among the most important milestones are their historic performance at Poljud Stadium in 2006 as part of “Ne damo te pismo naša”, and their major concert at Arena Zagreb in 2011, which set new standards for presenting klapa music.
Audiences know and love them for songs that have become part of contemporary Dalmatian musical heritage, including “Croatio, iz duše te ljubim”, “Zašto uvik pivam”, “Zora bila”, “Ne mogu te prestat jubit” and many others.
