Summer Jazz in Milna 2026

The third edition of Summer Jazz in Milna brings together exceptional music, unique venues, and the relaxed atmosphere of the Dalmatian coast.
From July 31 to August 3, the festival will take place in the enchanting setting of Malo Grablje, the Mediterranean garden of Villa Solitudo in Milna, and on Velo Žalo Beach in Milna, concluding with a special final evening at Veli Đardin in the town of Hvar.
This year’s programme blends jazz, world music, Latin American rhythms, and musical heritage, featuring both Croatian and international artists.
CLOUD OF I

Malo Grablje – Na Pjacu
Cloud Of I combines contemporary world-indie sounds, desert grooves, and rhythms inspired by diverse musical traditions into a hypnotic and energetic live performance.
Led by the expressive vocals of Yuli Shafriri, the band brings together deep percussion, powerful bass lines, and guitar sounds inspired by the Sahara, the Middle East, North Africa, and India. Their music gradually evolves from intimate atmospheric passages into vibrant rhythmic climaxes that naturally invite the audience to move.
On stage, Cloud Of I seamlessly blends rhythms and melodies from different continents, creating a contemporary fusion of world music, indie rock, and folk, defined by groove, atmosphere, and compelling live energy.
Their debut EP Gazing was released by Batov Records, and their music has been featured on BBC Radio 6 Music. European tours in 2023 and 2025 established the band as a powerful and captivating live act.

Villa Solitudo Garden, Milna
Set in the intimate Mediterranean garden of Villa Solitudo, this special afternoon concert will welcome the sunset with a tribute to the musical legacy of Arsen Dedić, Gabi Novak, and Matija Dedić—three outstanding figures of Croatian music with a special connection to Milna and the island of Hvar.
Their timeless songs and compositions will be performed in a relaxed seaside setting, surrounded by lush gardens and the beauty of a Dalmatian summer evening.

SOLITUDO COLLECTIVE

Velo Žalo Beach, Milna
The festival’s third evening takes place by the sea on Milna’s main beach.
Solitudo Collective brings together musicians from diverse musical backgrounds in a programme filled with jazz, improvisation, groove, and spontaneous collaboration.
The concert creates a relaxed summer atmosphere where music evolves through dialogue between the performers and their direct connection with the audience.

TRES CORRIENTES – Havana Soul Meets Jazz

Veli Đardin, Hvar
Following three unforgettable days in Milna and Malo Grablje, the festival concludes with a special evening in the town of Hvar.
International jazz trio Tres Corrientes brings together the soul of Cuban music, Latin American rhythms, and contemporary European jazz.
The trio features Cuban vocalist Yaremi Kordos, Croatian jazz guitarist Ratko Zjača, and Havana-born double bassist and composer Roland Abreu. Together, they create a vibrant musical dialogue through Afro-Cuban rhythms, expressive melodies, and the freedom of jazz improvisation.
Held beneath the palm trees of Veli Đardin, this closing concert extends the spirit of Summer Jazz in Milna to the heart of Hvar Town.
