Festive celebration of the patron saint of the City of Hvar and the Hvar Diocese
Join us in Hvar for the festive celebration of St. Prosper, co-patron saint of the city and the Hvar Diocese, taking place from 8 to 12 May 2026.
Alongside the traditional fair (fjera), visitors can enjoy a rich multi-day programme for all generations. From concerts, festivals and children’s activities to lectures and the special event Night of Fortresses 2026.
The highlight of the celebration is the solemn Holy Mass and procession, accompanied by a unique atmosphere deeply rooted in Hvar’s local tradition.
