St. George’s Days in Brusje 2026 | program, dates and events
St. George’s Days in Brusje bring a rich cultural, entertainment, and religious program at the end of April. Visitors can enjoy concerts, theatre performances, and a solemn mass celebrating St. George, the patron saint of Brusje on the island of Hvar.
Event program
The program begins on April 21 at 18:00 in front of the Church of St. George with a performance by klapa PHARIA and KUD JELSA, followed by a reception for all visitors.
On St. George’s Day, April 23 at 18:00, a solemn Holy Mass will be held at the Church of St. George.
The cultural program continues on April 24 at 20:30 at the Brusje Community Hall with the Piccolo Teatro performance “No Receipt, No Account”, while April 26 at 18:00 is reserved for families and children with the “Circus Family Show” by Svijet Čarolije.
Location
All events take place in Brusje, on the island of Hvar, in front of the Church of St. George and at the Community Hall.
