Rediscover Play 2026 in Hvar | Traditional Games for Children and Adults on Hvar’s Main Square

As part of the Feast of St. Prosper, on Saturday, May 9, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM, the main square in front of the Hvar Loggia will host the interactive program “Rediscover Play / Povratak igri” an event celebrating tradition, togetherness, and active outdoor living.

At a time when daily life is increasingly tied to digital devices, this program offers a refreshing return to simple yet meaningful forms of entertainment. Through traditional and nearly forgotten games, visitors will have the opportunity to reconnect with the joy of childhood, strengthen social connections, and spend quality time with family and friends away from screens, mobile phones, and computers. The event is designed as a meeting point for all generations, where experiences are shared through play, laughter, and memorable moments in the authentic setting of Hvar.

The program is led by students from the Faculty of Kinesiology Split, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for all participants.
