FUNK SHUI Live in Hvar | Concert at Veneranda, April 10
FUNK SHUI, an eclectic music collective from North Macedonia, is coming to Hvar with a distinctive sound that blends indie, rock, and alternative influences. From their debut album Aether (2012), through R.E.M. (2015) and the EP Impuls (2018), to their latest release Nikogash Pak (2023), the band continuously evolves a rich, emotional, and genre-diverse musical expression.
Their work has been recognized across Europe, with performances at notable festivals and conferences such as Eurosonic ESNS, MENT Ljubljana, Athens Music Week, and Liverpool Sound City. They gained wider regional acclaim with their single “Meteori,” voted Song of the Year in 2020 by the audience of Balkanrock.
The album Nikogash Pak features some of their most recognized tracks, including “Meteori,” “Veter,” “Ne Vreme,” and “Krik,” and was promoted with sold-out concerts in Skopje. The band has been nominated for HEMI Music Awards (2021, 2023) and INES Talents (2021, 2022), and continues to perform extensively across Europe and the Balkans.
The concert will take place at Veneranda, one of the most attractive venues in the town of Hvar.
