We invite you to the Classical Guitar Days at Hvar Theatre – November 4 at 8:00 p.m.!
Classical Guitar Days is an international festival that brings together concerts by top artists, lectures, presentations of Croatian guitar compositions, as well as seminars and workshops with young musicians to help them develop and achieve excellence in performance and artistry.
This year, the festival celebrates its 13th anniversary, and as part of the rich program, Giusy & Luciano Pompilio from Italy will perform at Hvar Theatre in a concert titled “Italian Dreams”.
Soprano Giusy Miriam Pompilio and guitarist Luciano Pompilio will offer the audience a unique musical experience featuring Italian and Spanish repertoire. Giusy, a talented young soprano, performs with her father, a renowned guitarist and artistic director of international festivals. Luciano is a recipient of numerous awards and recognitions and is acknowledged as a leading interpreter of Barrios Mangoré’s works.
Program includes works by M. Giuliani, L. Almeida, A. Barrios Mangoré, F. G. Lorca, F. P. Tosti, and U. Calisea.
