Goran Senjanović will give a public lecture entitled “A Mirror for Neutrinos: Left-Right Symmetry and the Origin of Mass” at Galerija Arsenal in Hvar on 24 September 2026, as part of the 2026 LHC Days in Split – Hvar programme.

Exploring the world of elementary particles at Galerija Arsenal

As part of 2026 LHC Days in Split – Hvar, renowned physicist Prof. Goran Senjanović will give a public lecture exploring the fascinating world of elementary particles, neutrinos, left-right symmetry and one of the fundamental questions of modern physics – the origin of mass.

The lecture will take place at Galerija Arsenal on Thursday, 24 September at 20:15 and is open to the public.

Goran Senjanović

Prof. Goran Senjanović is a prominent theoretical physicist whose work focuses on elementary particle physics. During the lecture, he will introduce the audience to the subject and present his own contributions to the field.

The public lecture forms part of 2026 LHC Days in Split – Hvar, the 14th edition of an international conference dedicated to strengthening and further developing high-energy physics in the Balkans, particularly in connection with the LHC project. The conference takes place in Hvar from 21 to 25 September 2026 and is organised by FESB and the Faculty of Science of the University of Split.
